Meet The Chefs
Matt and Brittany bring a combined wealth of experience from some of the most celebrated restaurants in the country—Eleven Madison Park, Alinea, Bar Boulud, and Gramercy Tavern—to the mountains of Western North Carolina, where they’ve channeled their passion into Paperhouse Pizza. With roots in Franklin, NC and Dearborn, MI, they fuse deep respect for culinary tradition with high standards of craft, hospitality, and creative sourcing to deliver chef-driven dining experiences with heart and vision.

Accessible parking and an accessible restroom are available near the tasting room. Staff can help with drop-off close to the entrance on request.

We have a small gravel lot at the Tasting Room. Overflow parking is available in the marked grassy areas. Please look for signs and staff for help.

Outdoor seating is limited. You are welcome to BYO chairs/blankets and outdoor games.
No outside alcohol. Must be 21+ with ID to taste.
