Perfect Pairings: A Winter Table is a communal supper club experience at Addison Farms Vineyard.

This winter wine dinner is not a themed event or a night reserved for couples. It is a long, communal table where guests gather—allowing strangers to become neighbors. We believe the table remains one of the most powerful places to build trust, deepen memory, and reconnect with one another.

Guided by Chef Michael Whittington of Catering by Corey, the menu celebrates Western North Carolina’s remarkable abundance with a sense of humor and craft. Sweet and savory bites play with familiar flavors in unexpected ways—inviting curiosity, delight, and conversation. Addison Farms wines are thoughtfully paired to complement each course and encourage an unhurried pace.

Our supper clubs celebrate what makes us human: food grown from the land, stories shaped by place, and the simple act of sitting down together. At a time when meaningful connection feels increasingly rare, we invite you to slow down, pull up a chair, and take part in a shared winter table.
