Fourth of July

Celebrate July 4 in the vineyard with live music from Falspring and a special food fundraiser supporting Utopian Seed Project and the AB-Tech Hot Foods Competition.

We are thrilled to welcome Chef Terri Terrell and Chef Michelle Bailey (+ Jolene, their mobile fire table) of AB Tech’s Culinary Arts + Hospitality program for a one-day culinary collaboration rooted in local food, community, and helping the next generation of cooks grow.

The menu brings all the summer cookout energy:

  • Smoked Brisket Cheese Steak
    Cheddar/Provolone Sauce + Grilled Pablanos & Onions + Pickled Banana Peppers + Roll

  • Tomato Sandwich
    Walnut Family Bakery Sandwich Bread + Thatchmore Farm Tomatoes + Smoked Dukes + S&P

  • Grilled Veg Plate
    Fire Roasted Summer Market Vegetables + Caramelized Vidalia & Dill Dipping Sauce

  • Potato Salad
    Dijon Crème Fraîche + Grilled Scallions + Dill Pickles + Preserved Lemon + Herb

  • Summer Salad
    Grilled Peach + Summer Tomato + Basil + Mint + Goat Cheese +  Benne Seeds + Sorghum Vinaigrette

Enjoy local wine, mountain views, and an afternoon of music and gathering at Addison Farms Vineyard in Leicester, just outside Asheville.

Food begins at 2pm and is available until sold out.
Music: Falspring, 2-5pm
Tasting Room: 2-7pm
