Harvest is more than a moment on the calendar. It is the culmination of a season of tending, watching, waiting, and gathering.
On Friday, October 23, we come together for our Harvest Dinner, an evening created to honor the hands that brought in what the field gave us this year.
Chefs Terri Terrell and Mallory Foster are creating a multi-course menu rooted in the season, with vineyard grapes woven throughout the meal in unexpected ways. Courses will be paired with Addison Farms wines, with pairings to be announced.
Weather permitting, we hope to make the evening progressive, moving through some of the places where harvest happens, with visits to the crush pad and vineyard before gathering around the table in the event barn.
