Tomato Pop-Up

with Chefs Brooke & Mal

Chefs Brooke and Mal are coming back to Addison Farms!
If you missed their last two pop-ups, this is your chance.

Saturday, July 5 | 2-7PM | Live Music from Falspring

Join us for a flavorful afternoon celebrating summer’s juiciest star — the tomato. Chefs Brooke Adams and Mallory Foster have worked in some of Asheville’s best kitchens, and they’ll return to the vineyard with a playful, scratch-made menu that’s bold, seasonal, and deeply Southern.

We’ll have wine by the glass or bottle, live acoustic music from local duo Falspring (Taylor Knighton + Thomas Yon), and plenty of room to spread out, sip, and savor. Whether you’re a loyal fan or just tomato-curious, this long-weekend pop-up is a perfect excuse to take the scenic drive out to Leicester.

Meet The Chefs

Chefs Brooke Adams and Mallory Foster are two of Asheville’s most exciting young culinary dynamos. Foster has made her mark as a pastry chef at Chestnut, Corner Kitchen, ELDR, Rhubarb, and The Rhu, while Adams has brought bold, expressive flavors to kitchens like the Funkatorium, Cultura, and The Rhu — as well as her own pop-up concept, Hot Food Summer. You know they’re the real deal when acclaimed local chefs line up to work with them on standout events like The Clarksdale Pop-Ups, Hail Mary, and LadiesWhoBrunch. Their food is seasonal, scrappy, and full of heart — you don’t want to miss this chance to come taste it for yourself.

Live Music by Falspring

Straight from the hills of Bryson City, Falspring is the soulful duo of Taylor Knighton and Thomas Yon — two artists whose harmonies buzz with chemistry and back-porch ease. With acoustic guitars, unshakable vocals, and a setlist that ranges from original tunes to classic covers like Jackson, Falspring delivers music that’s heartfelt, rootsy, and rich with feeling. They’re not country music — they’re something more intimate and timeless: the sound of two voices in sync, singing stories that stick with you. Come listen and see why fans are calling them “the best duo of all time” and begging for that first record.
