Memorial Day Weekend Collaboration
A weekend with Guest Winemaker, Elizabeth Higley and Utopian Seed Project’s Chef Terri Terrell featuring fresh focaccia sandwiches, wine spritzes, live music, and community-rooted work supporting women in wine education and resilient regional foodways.
May 22-24 from 2-6pm
Gathering Around Good Work
Join us May 22–24 for a collaborative weekend with winemaker Elizabeth Higley of Demarcation Wine Co. and Utopian Seed Project’s Culinary Director + Chef, Terri Terrell. Throughout the weekend, they’ll be sharing fresh focaccia sandwiches, seasonal sides, and wine spritzes made with Elizabeth’s small-batch vermouth, alongside live music each afternoon.
The weekend highlights two causes close to their work: women in wine education scholarships and Utopian Seed Project’s mission advancing resilient regional foodways.
At Addison Farms, these connections matter deeply to us. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of working alongside passionate and talented women in wine, including Griffin Abee, Shruthi Dhoopati, and our current head winemaker, Taylor Greene, along with the incredible women who help shape the experience of our tasting room each weekend.
Set against the backdrop of our working vineyard (just outside Asheville), this long weekend gathering is an invitation to slow down, share a glass, and spend time with good people doing meaningful work.
Food Offerings are available throughout the weekend by suggested donation.
No reservations needed.
Come as you are and stay awhile.
